All our mugs are triple-A grade, Orca coated mugs which will put all other mugs to shame. We always do our best to despatch your items the same day when ordered before 2pm GMT. Please note that all of our items require printing after the purchase so in the case of larger orders or at busy periods there may be a slight delay in despatching your item(s). If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date please contact us before purchasing to confirm we can accommodate your request.

The first thing to do is not worry, just send us your order number and a photo of the damage and send it to hello@mugmonster.co.uk and then on proof we will send a new one out to you!

We are extremely confident you will like our novelty mugs but if for any reason you are unhappy don't worry, get in contact with us and let us know your order number and we will send a returns label.

Please note we only except returns within 30 days of sale and because of the current pandemic if the mug has been used but is undamaged we will not be able to refund you for the item.
